This faculty position involves teaching undergraduate programs (Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Cybersecurity, and Bachelor of Professional Studies with a concentration in Applied Data Analytics) and graduate programs (Master of Science in Information Technology) offered at the Edwards Campus in Overland Park, Kansas. The candidate will teach in various formats, including in person, hybrid, and online. Learn more about the programs at:

http://ugpmgt.ku.edu/ The appointment is a Fiscal Year (12-month) position with an initial term of 3 years, teaching 3 courses each fall and spring semester, and 2 courses each summer semester. Future appointments depend on performance and approval by the Dean. Special consideration will be given to applicants committed to excellence and contributing to KU’s initiatives in education, community building, and research. This role supports the Johnson County Education Research Triangle (JCERT) program, with effort percentages determined annually. The KU Edwards Campus is located in Overland Park, Kansas. Program Coordination:

Develop course schedules, collaborate on curriculum development, plan course rotations, and manage program budgets and records. Program Supervision:

Gather feedback, manage faculty searches and evaluations, and mentor faculty members. Curriculum Development and Instructional Oversight:

Ensure curriculum relevance, oversee online course offerings, and work with faculty and online learning centers. Recruitment:

Lead student recruitment activities, develop marketing messages, set enrollment goals, and participate in outreach events. Student Career Advising:

Provide mentorship, career guidance, and support for students’ professional development. Program Quality and Assessment:

Maintain curriculum quality, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and conduct program reviews.
