Reporting to Intuit’s VP, Brand Marketing, the Director, Social Media & Influencer will lead all aspects of Intuit's social media presence and strategy. The role includes:
Leading social media and influencer strategy for branded channels, aligning with company-wide programs.
Developing a Center of Excellence (CoE) for social media strategy, including playbooks and best practices.
Transforming Intuit’s social presence into a customer-facing platform, ensuring a unified message.
Managing a high-performing social media team of 4-5 direct reports.
Leadership Skills
Ability to execute with excellence and deliver results.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.

Experience

Experience managing major campaigns and partnerships, including influencer collaborations.

Lead the development of a data-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals, including:
Defining brand architecture across platforms.
Creating engaging content, emphasizing short-form video, live streams, and interactive content.
Managing content creation and curation to translate complex products into relatable narratives.
Building and amplifying UGC and influencer programs.
Data-Driven Optimization
Monitor and analyze social metrics, optimize strategies based on insights.
Utilize analytics and AI tools for content and audience targeting.
Feed social data into AI systems for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, PR, product, creative, HR, and sales teams.
Monitor online conversations, manage reputation, and develop crisis strategies.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance, embodying the brand voice.
Strategic Vision & Innovation
Stay current with social media trends and emerging platforms.
Integrate new trends like employee content, social commerce, and private communities.
Adapt strategies for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok.
Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary ($262,500 - $355,500 depending on location), bonuses, equity, and benefits. Pay is based on experience, skills, and location. The role is full-time, senior-level, in the Marketing and Sales function within Software Development.
