Senior Client Services Specialist Location:
McLean, VA (hybrid) Our client, a registered investment advisor, is looking to add a Senior Client Services Specialist to their growing team. This position goes into the client's McLean, VA office three days per week with two work-from-home days. Successful incumbent will have a bachelors degree from an accredited four-year university and 5+ years of client servicing experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver detailed operational support, including transaction processing, account updates, and documentation management. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support service delivery. Oversee account configurations and ensure prompt, accurate maintenance of records. Create meeting materials and reports to support planning discussions. Assist with new account setup and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Engage in selective communication to coordinate information and resolve inquiries. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university 5+ years of client servicing experience Experience using Fidelity or Schwab Seniority level
