Job Title: Electrical Designer
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Stanley Consultants seeks an Electrical Designer with experience in building services and plant facilities design for military, higher education, institutional, utility plant, and industrial clients. Responsibilities include designing and laying out site and building power distribution systems (medium and low voltage), switchgear, panelboards, motor control centers, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and convenience power in REVIT or AutoCAD. The role involves performing design duties under supervision, coordinating technical efforts within disciplines, managing budgets and schedules, and demonstrating proficiency in these areas. Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Office, with required experience in AutoCAD and REVIT. Experience with AGi32 Lighting Analysts or similar software is preferred, as is experience with military bases, central plants, and campus infrastructure. Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT for electrical drawings and markups. Good understanding of the National Electrical Code. Preferred experience in lighting, power distribution, grounding, communications, and security systems design. Ability to develop engineering drawings and specifications. Basic engineering design skills. Ability to perform field site visits. (Hourly range for MN location) Stanley is committed to transparency in hiring, including compensation details.
