Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, probate, and tax law matters to a diverse range of clients. Draft, review, and amend a variety of legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans. Handle probate cases, including the administration of estates and the resolution of any disputes. Develop and implement effective tax strategies, and provide advice on tax law matters. Conduct comprehensive research to stay up-to-date with changes in estate planning, probate, and tax law. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to provide a high-quality service to clients. Utilize your fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of your clients at all times. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning, Probate, and Tax Attorney. A Master of Laws (LLM) degree, with a specialization in Tax Law. HIGHLY DESIRED Must be a licensed attorney in good standing. Proven experience in drafting wills, managing trusts, handling probate cases, and providing tax advice. In-depth knowledge of tax law, estate planning, and probate procedures. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Must possess a high level of integrity and a strong sense of fiduciary duty.
