San Jose, CA – Onsite Position:
Contract (W2 only) Job Description: Work with end users to troubleshoot issues in production on the shop floor in real time. Triage production issues and collaborate with support teams for timely resolution. Identify process improvements to streamline manufacturing workflows and enhance user experience. Support functional design and UAT for enhancements related to the SAP manufacturing solution. Act as a super user to guide new SAP and manufacturing solution users; provide training and feedback for onboarding improvements. Resolve production issues with firefighter access when necessary to keep operations moving. Industry experience needed:
