About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
SAP ABAP Developer
to join our team at the early stages of a
multi-year SAP transformation program . This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated ABAP professional to contribute to a long-term strategic initiative within a dynamic and forward-looking organization. You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust ABAP solutions across various SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, HCM, etc.), supporting business needs, and ensuring scalable and maintainable code quality. Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, enhancements, and interfaces in SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work on WRICEF objects: Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing programs and support ongoing SAP development needs. Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP development, including performance optimization and documentation. Support integration between SAP and external systems via IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs. Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities. Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong understanding of SAP architecture and data models. Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major upgrade. Proficient in classic and object-oriented ABAP, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits. Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 integration and CDS Views is a plus. Familiarity with S/4HANA is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. What We Offer
