Operations Supervisor | Tyre Servicing | Up to $3k | Clementi Basic: max $3,000/mth (Company phone will be provided) Working Hours -Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm -Every Sat : 8.30am to 2.30pm Office location: Pandan Road - Company transport from Clementi MRT (One-way) Responsibilities: · Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of service technicians. · Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing. · Attend customer requests at the indoor workshop. · Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers. · Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments. · Perform administrative duties such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, and tools & equipment maintenance and replenishment. · Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts. · Be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.
