Job Description

A prestigious, nationally recognized hospital in the DMV area is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to provide interim support for their payroll operations. This is an exciting chance to join a large, complex healthcare organization that plays a critical role in the region’s health system. Key Responsibilities

Process and validate payroll data for hospital staff across multiple departments Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues or discrepancies Partner with HR and Finance to ensure proper coding, reporting, and controls Leverage Excel to analyze trends, track adjustments, and maintain documentation

Qualifications

2+ years of Payroll Analyst experience (preferably in a healthcare or education setting) Advanced Excel skills — must be comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets Healthcare or large university payroll experience is required
