The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of San Diego is hiring tenure-track faculty to join our community of teacher-scholars committed to the liberal arts. Qualified candidates who are dedicated to empowering students through their teaching, research, creative and pedagogical scholarship, community engagement, service and/or mentoring are strongly encouraged to apply. Hiring Departments We endeavor to assemble a cohort of teacher-scholars who will contribute to USD through teaching, scholarship, service and collaboration. The College will support new faculty through a college-wide mentoring program throughout the tenure process and other professional development opportunities.
The following departments have current openings and will be participating in hiring candidates in any of the three clusters.
