Location: Remote but must be local to the Bay Area (within 30 minutes of San Jose, CA) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support our team with critical operational, administrative, and marketing functions. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Management:
• Oversee and execute
SMS marketing campaigns
, acting as the lead manager. • Review responses,
identify potential leads
, and transfer them to the CRM for the acquisition team. • Assist with social media marketing efforts.
Real Estate Operations & Administrative Support:
• Attend property showings, meet with realtors, and conduct
visual inspections of properties . • Act as a
Transaction Coordinator
, liaising with escrow companies for file updates. • Draft and submit
real estate contracts
(AOS, etc.). • Maintain organization of
multi-family investment financial records . • Research tax records and
identify buyer information . • Contact and cultivate relationships with new and existing buyers • Contact and cultivate relationships with
new and existing real estate agents
to identify off-market opportunities. • Submit
weekly settlement statements
to the bookkeeper for financial tracking. • Organize and maintain the company
calendar . • Submit daily KPI forms
Client & Agent Relationship Management:
• Send
gifts to real estate agents
after property closings and manage Zillow review process. • Call and thank agents for their work and maintain positive relationships. • Organize and manage giveaways and appreciation events for agents.
Technology & Process Improvement:
• Test new software tools, participate in demos, and provide feedback.
Personal Assistant Duties:
• Run errands as needed, including
bank visits and meeting with notaries . • Assist with
travel arrangements
for the team. • Assist CEO with other personal errands Qualifications:
