Position:
Reliability Engineer The Reliability Engineer is part of the Maintenance & Reliability team at Full Circle. They are a critical member in establishing plans to prevent failures in the future. The Engineer is accountable for the continuous improvement of asset availability. They collaborate with cross-functional teams as a technical resource to develop reliability improvement solutions. The Reliability Engineer is on-site in Curtis Bay, MD, and reports to the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities
Create asset care plans for critical assets Track and analyze reliability data on critical equipment Analyze bad actors and develop improvement plans through data-driven methodologies Develop maintenance strategies by equipment types Support and facilitate Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCA) Update engineering drawings and documents to reflect field conditions Support area maintenance engineers Identify and scope maintenance/reliability improvement projects Assist with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs Support purchasing, good receipts, new vendors, requisitions Participate in Process Hazards Analysis (PHAs), including PSSRs, and Management of Change (MOCs) Physical Requirements and Environment
Willingness to wear PPE, including hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, and full-face respirator Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft. Ability to work in high-hazard environments, including adverse weather, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Industrial manufacturing experience in processes such as Chemical, Paper, Metals, Refinery, Pharmaceutical 5+ years of maintenance reliability experience Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering Experience using SAP Preventive Maintenance module Knowledge of engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI Experience interpreting condition monitoring data from tools like Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, Oil Analysis, and Infrared Thermography Benefits
