Make Salesfinity famous. As our first Growth Marketer, youll own our brand voice, social content, and organic demand engine. Your job is to turn Salesfinity into a magnet pulling inbound pipeline, generating community buzz, and building a brand reps actually want to follow. What Youll Do

Own the end-to-end organic growth strategy (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, newsletter) Write, record, edit, or produce content that actually goes viral not B2B cringe Build a personal + product brand that lives in peoples heads and feeds Turn users, customers, and cold prospects into fans and community Run scrappy experiments across email, video, influencer, meme content, etc. Turn impressions into inbound demo requests and real pipeline Work directly with the founder on brand positioning and growth narrative What You Bring

Youve helped a startup or founder grow to 1M+ impressions/month Strong portfolio of content that

actually

performed (not vanity fluff) You can ideate, script, and publish consistently on your own You understand SaaS sales culture cold calling, SDRs, AEs, RevOps Sharp copywriting, meme fluency, and content intuition Bias for speed, iteration, and experimenting in public Clear success in generating inbound pipeline or virality from content Bonus Points

Experience growing a founder brand (or personal brand with traction) Youve worked with fast-growing sales tools or GTM SaaS companies Familiar with video editing, repurposing content, and distribution hacks Experience running newsletter growth or audience community Perks

Competitive base + equity in a real business, not a paper tiger Work directly with founder on building category-defining company Creative freedom + zero red tape In-person energy in San Francisco office
