Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

in

Austin, TX . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of

five years of experience

in handling insurance coverage disputes within the

commercial insurance

sector. The role involves working within the

Litigation and Dispute Resolution

practice group, managing complex commercial litigation, and maintaining extensive client communication.

Duties

Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.

Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.

Collaborate closely with partners on complex litigation issues.

Communicate effectively with clients and involved parties.

Participate in strategy discussions and case planning.

Requirements

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.

Admission to the state bar in Texas.

At least 5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.

Ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients.

Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent judgment and capacity to handle multiple projects.

Commitment to the local community.

Education

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Admission to the Texas State Bar.

Skills

Ability to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in managing complex litigation matters.
