Director of Human Resources Mars, PA Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of all policies and programs pertaining to Human Resources functions within the assigned facility of Lutheran SeniorLife including employment, employee relations, job analysis/compensation, benefits administration, unemployment, workers compensation, leaves, training and development, labor relations, and health and safety.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel or Labor Relations. Masters preferred. 7 to 10 years relevant experience in Human Resources.
2-3 years managing employees.
Strong computer skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS applications.
