We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Integrations to lead the strategy and execution of third-party integrations across our partner ecosystem (practice management systems, EMRs, CRMs, and related platforms). You’ll define the roadmap, drive platform-to-platform collaboration, and own the full lifecycle of integrations—from concept and API design to launch and ongoing optimization. This role blends product strategy with technical depth. You’ll partner with customers and external platform teams to define use cases, collaborate with engineering to scope and build, and work cross-functionally to ensure integrations deliver real business value—not just technical completion. You should be equally comfortable defining integration architecture and rolling up your sleeves to troubleshoot data payloads when needed. Qualifications

We’re looking for a senior product leader who brings: 5+ years of product management experience (ideally in B2B SaaS, integrations, or healthcare tech)

Proven track record of building and launching platform integrations end-to-end, including use-case discovery, API design, partner collaboration, and rollout

Hands-on technical fluency with: REST APIs & webhooks SQL (for validating data flows and debugging) Experience partnering with external product and engineering teams to co-design APIs and align on product requirements

Strong system design instincts — able to map data relationships across platforms and identify dependencies, edge cases, and opportunities for extensibility

Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements, and vice-versa, for both internal and external stakeholders

Comfortable leading technical discovery sessions with external partners and driving alignment around product vision and sequencing

Clear, concise communicator across both technical and non-technical audiences

Collaborative, low-ego operator who builds alignment and earns trust quickly

Experience working with EMRs, CRMs, or healthcare data interoperability standards What You’ll Do

Define and execute the product strategy for third-party integrations

Drive discovery with customers and partners to identify needs and use cases

Collaborate with engineering to scope, prioritize, and build integration capabilities

Own integration design, requirements, rollout, and post-launch optimization

Lead external partner conversations around API capabilities and data requirements

Troubleshoot complex integration issues and guide CX through resolution

Create scalable documentation and tooling that streamline integration onboarding

Surface insights from integration usage to inform roadmap and partner strategy
