Overview

The Project Manager/Senior Analyst serves as Key Personnel responsible for managing, directing, and performing analytical support services in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW). This role provides leadership, oversight, and quality assurance while also contributing directly to analytical tasks supporting acquisition management, oversight, and governance activities.

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager/Senior Analyst

to provide support to the Department of Homeland Security Office of Program Accountability and Risk Management (PARM) and Management Directorate (MGMT) offices.

Work will be performed at the Contractor Site with occasional government site visits in Washington, DC and Springfield, VA.

Duties And Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Oversight

Assign, monitor, and evaluate all work performed under the contract. Provide management, direction, administration, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate with Government stakeholders and the COR, proactively addressing performance concerns. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to Contractor personnel. Review and approve all deliverables to ensure compliance with Government standards before submission.

Analytical and Technical Support

Conduct recurring and ad hoc analytical support, including identifying risks, assessing impacts, and tracking actions. Perform data analysis, root-cause identification, and develop meaningful conclusions to support decision-making by senior Government officials. Prepare graphics, briefing materials, and reports for executive-level presentations. Verify data sources and calculations to ensure accuracy and reliability of work products.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with colleagues, Government stakeholders, and other contractors in a matrixed environment. Lead and participate in meetings, working groups, interviews, surveys, and briefings. Ensure clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communications tailored for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years overseeing cost, schedule, and performance requirements of a major acquisition program or project, including personnel supervision is required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Must successfully pass a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) background investigation.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to allocate approximately 25% of time to project management/leadership functions, with remaining time focused on direct analytical support. Must be available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday, and respond to Government requests within 4 hours. Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Work performed within the U.S., with occasional reporting to Government facilities as required.
