About the Role We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team on a contract, part-time basis. In this role, you’ll craft engaging content tailored to our clients’ social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), aligned with their unique voice and brand goals. This role is ideal for someone who loves filming and editing short-form video content for platforms like

nstagram Reels and TikTok. You’ll attend monthly content shoots at client locations in the Twin Cities to capture video footage, then edit and deliver polished, engaging content that showcases our clients’ brands. What You’ll Do Attend monthly content shoots at client sites (local travel required). Capture high-quality short-form video tailored for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Edit videos into dynamic, engaging, on-trend content. Collaborate with Knack Social Media Manager to brainstorm creative shot lists and concepts Stay on top of video and social trends to keep content fresh and relevant. Manage content calendars and post scheduling across key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). What We’re Looking For Proven experience filming and editing short-form video content (portfolio or examples required). Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, transitions, and styles. Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar). Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visuals. Comfortable working on-site with clients in the Twin Cities. Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines. Flexible, part-time contract role (5 hours per week to start). Must be available to visit clients for content shoots M-F during business hours.
