Description As a Field Marketing Associate, you’ll be the face of Looner on the ground — bringing lake life to retailers, events, pop-ups - wherever good people are looking to unwind. Your mission: introduce people to Looner, spark curiosity, and turn first sips into lifelong fans. You’ll work activations, support event setup and breakdown, and bring the energy everywhere you go. This is a hands-on, people-facing role that’s ideal for someone who’s outgoing, dependable, and excited about being part of an early-stage brand. You’ll help us bring lake life everywhere you go — one can at a time. Responsibilities: Represent Looner at local retailers, events, tastings, pop-ups, festivals, and community gatherings Engage customers with warmth, product knowledge, and good energy Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics Help plan and execute memorable experiences — from casual tastings to larger events Capture content (photos/videos) that can be used on social and marketing channels Collect customer feedback and share field insights with the team Maintain brand standards at all times (messaging, attire, compliance, etc.) Who You Are: You light up a room — or a parking lot, or a sidewalk. Your energy is magnetic. You’re dependable, self-motivated, and show up on time, every time You’ve worked events, been a brand ambassador, or know how to engage people like a natural You’ve helped plan and execute events — and you know how to make it run smoothly You love talking to strangers and turning small moments into memorable ones.
