Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid schedule position based in Boston, Massachusetts, for an Immigration Attorney to work within our Litigation Division. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of immigration matters, primarily focused on Removal Proceedings, Asylum Applications, and Detention, but not limited to these areas.Daily tasks include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients before Immigration Courts, State Courts on SIJ, Family Law Matters, and Crimigration cases, and providing legal counsel.. The role also involves collaborating with other attorneys and paralegals to ensure effective case management and client communication.
Pay is commensurate with experience. Qualifications Active MA State Bar Membership Prior experience in Immigration Law is preferred Expertise in Immigration Law. Criminal or Family Law background a plus. Skills in Client Representation before Immigration/State Courts Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese speaking preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must be a quick learner and ready to take on an active caseload. Ability to prioritize cases based on deadlines and manage client expectations.
