The Provider Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of Contracting and Network Development, working alongside team professionals within Dallas Methodist Physicians Network, MAP2 ACO, and Methodist Transplant Physicians. The role requires professional interaction with coworkers, hospital administrators, physicians, and the public. The position involves organizing and coordinating projects to meet department goals. Job Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Licenses and/or Certifications: None required Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, including internships Onsite position Related Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments Experience managing multiple projects with large data sets, attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High technology literacy for web-based research Ability to build strong professional relationships Job Roles: Supports managed care contracting Researches healthcare updates online Proofreads and updates department reports Maintains Methodist Health System’s insurance info on website Assists with various projects as needed Age Specific Care: ☐ Adults: 18+ years – 35 years ☐ Adults: 35+ years – 65 years ☐ Adults: 65+ years ☐ Children: 12+ years – 18 years ☐ Infants: 0 – 18 months ☒ Not applicable (category A employee) Methodist Health System is a faith-based organization committed to compassionate, quality healthcare.
