Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays and on-call availability|

Join our IT team as an
Infrastructure Technician , where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our network connectivity across internal and external services. This position requires hands-on experience with network hardware, structured cabling, and branch-level infrastructure systems. What you'll do:
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware/software (routers, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi access points) Run and organize structured cabling and wiring for infrastructure installations Support and maintain branch IT systems (energy systems, alarm panels, cash advance machines, VoIP equipment) Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues, both remotely and on-site Protect networks from unauthorized access using physical and technical safeguards Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and operational manuals Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure What you bring:
Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, and VPN architectures Familiarity with networking protocols and services Experience with network security components (firewalls, switches, access control) Basic server knowledge and hardware troubleshooting Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and ability to identify technical patterns Proficiency with computers and IT hardware Additional Details
This is an onsite role with occasional travel to branch locations Must be able to lift and install hardware as needed Some after-hours or weekend support may be required during upgrades or outages Good credit standing (verified prior to hire) Successful background check and drug screening upon offer
