SiteMed North America, PC (SiteMed) is a leading mobile health testing provider specializing in NFPA 1582 exams for firefighters. As a specialized component of the USMHE Inc family of mobile health testing companies, SiteMed performs on-site physical exams for firefighter organizations, with a focus on serving clients in the Southeast.
The Company is looking to recruit a Sales Associate to join the Company as a means for capitalizing on its strong reputation as a leader in its core markets and to drive its growth with new clients.
Location: Southeast Region (Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Jacksonville, FL) Travel Required.
Responsibilities
The Sales Associate is responsible for marketing and selling SiteMed's services to firefighter chiefs, safety officers and other decision-makers throughout the Southeast geography (typically by county, city or municipality).
In this "roll up your sleeves" role with a lean team, the Sales Associate will play a key role in driving new client acquisition and revenue and will have significant latitude in determining the best and most productive avenues for successfully winning new accounts.
The Sales Associate will interact effectively with other employees of the Company and represent a key liaison with the Company's firefighter clients. Critical outcomes will include driving new client business in key geographic markets and adopting a culture of accountability and drive, while also providing insights on how the Company can best achieve its growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, solicit, negotiate, and close on new business through various efforts (outside sales calls, telemarketing, referrals, tradeshows, sales missions, internet prospecting, email marketing campaigns, etc.)
2. Prompt delivery of quotes and timely/competent follow-up on leads and referrals to maximize revenue to meet and/or exceed individual and team sales and revenue goals.
3. Successfully close profitable business and achieve revenue targets
4. Recommend alternative options & solutions to improve sales efforts and success
5. Deliver best-in-class customer experience by coordinating with colleagues to ensure superior services is delivered
6. Increase account revenue and/or profit contribution by promoting ancillary spend and growth opportunities
7. Maintain accurate, legible records and flies consistent with the Company's software and systems
8. Create and distribute effective internal and external marketing communications (written and verbal)
9. Prepare and maintain sales related reports
Experience
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors preferred
2. 3 years' experience in sales
- Ideally, candidates will have experience within the firefighter or emergency medical services
3. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with CRM tools
4. Experience having sold large ($100,000+) and smaller ($25,000-$30,000) accounts/projects
5. Experience with national account sales
Skills
