Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Hospitality
Be the face of our hospitality culture, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations at every interaction.
- Build & Empower the Team
Hire, train, and mentor FOH and BOH staff.
Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and standards.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Manage catering and events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with food safety, OSHA, and alcohol service regulations.
- Drive Financial Success
Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth.
Achieve KPI targets to unlock location-based bonuses.
- Collaborate Across Departments
Work closely with marketing, accounting, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
Lead initiatives that enhance teamwork and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
