Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of electrical projects from initial planning to implementation
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and profitability
- Manage onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality
- Collaborate with inspectors, architects, contractors, and local officials
- Estimate and track change orders while maintaining budget control
- Maintain high standards of workmanship adhering to project plans and specifications
- Provide accurate manpower forecasts and cost-to-complete projections
- 10+ years of heavy construction or industrial project experience
- Proven success in industrial electrical project management
- Strong electrical background with knowledge of large-scale systems
- Proficiency with construction management software; Vista, Procore, and Accubid are a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
