Light Assembler Opportunity
Join our team in Maple Grove as a Light Assembler! You'll play an important role in building, inspecting, and preparing our products for shipmenthelping ensure quality and accuracy every step of the way.
Pay: $17.25/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 5:30 AM 2:00 PM
Long term opportunity with the potential for temporary to permanent
What You'll Do
Assemble Vacuum Insulated Panels using written or visual instructions
Pack and label products to get them shipment-ready while preventing damage
Keep track of inventory using manual or electronic systems
Operate material handling equipment to move material in the warehouse (pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler, etc.) safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Follow company quality standards and safety policies
Collaborate with your team and stay flexible to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
1+ year of relevant assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility for overtime when needed
