We are actively recruiting Systems Administrators at the Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior stages. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of our systems. Responsibilities include: Install, configure, and support local and wide area networks, systems, and applications. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network and data security. Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery operations. Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, and anti-spam. For Mid-Level and Senior roles: Design and implement new system structures, lead projects, mentor junior staff, and develop strategic IT plans. Minimum Requirements: Junior Systems Administrator:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Up to 2 years of experience. Knowledge of network configuration, security principles, and operating systems. Mid-Level Systems Administrator:
3-5 years of experience. Ability to manage medium to large-scale server environments. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with cloud services. Senior Systems Administrator:
6+ years of experience. Advanced knowledge in system architecture, networking, and security. Leadership experience and strategic vision. Preferred Skills: Experience with Windows, Linux, and/or Unix environments. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash). Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Salary Range:
$85,000 - $220,000 The BlueHalo pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee. Compensation depends on various factors, including experience, location, and organizational needs.
