Senior QA Automation Engineer

The Senior QA Automation Engineer leads end-to-end quality efforts across complex software solutions. This role combines deep technical testing experience with strong business domain knowledge to proactively drive quality outcomes that matter. The ideal candidate will influence quality across the product lifecycle, advocate for testability and user-centric validation, and ensure delivery of secure, reliable, and business-aligned solutions. Primary Responsibilities Define and lead test strategies and validation plans across platforms and product lines Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure coverage of critical business scenarios and customer flows Lead quality risk identification and mitigation planning throughout the SDLC Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and metrics Mentor QA engineers and contribute to capability-building across the team Support production readiness, root cause analysis, and post-release quality reviews Qualifications 7+ years of QA automation testing experience , including experience in senior or lead roles Proven track record in designing automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java) Experience in CI/CD integration and Agile delivery models Proficient with API, performance, and security testing tools Demonstrated ability to understand complex business domains and validate critical workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across levels Domain experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries strongly preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related work history Salary Range: $80,940.00 - $132,975.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
