Location: Atlanta, GeorgiaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $38 - 42 per hourWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Social Media Designer to develop engaging, platform-optimized content that brings our brand to life across social channels. This role blends design, motion, and storytelling to create scroll-stopping visuals that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality visual content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including graphics, motion graphics, short-form videos, carousels, and stories.
Adapt creative assets to fit various formats, dimensions, and best practices across each platform.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and social strategy teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual executions.
Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative, and trend-forward ideas to content design.
Monitor social media design trends and integrate them into creative output.
Organize, manage, and optimize creative files and templates for team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in digital or social media design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong portfolio showcasing design for social media (both static and motion).
Knowledge of social platform specifications, best practices, and content trends.
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
