Job Requirements: Using various sized rollers, roll out wet fiberglass into specified molds according to customer order. Remove all air bubbles from wet fiberglass. Keep tools clean and keep area organized. Company supplied PPE required/respirator required in some applications. Other Experience and Qualifications: Must be able to stand for their entire shift on a manufacturing floor. Hold/grip hand-tools for long periods of time. Bend, squat, reach, pull, push, and lift 30+ pounds. Factory is not air conditioned. Acetone and styrene are used in the process so latex must be used.
