Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform mechanical repairs on conveyor, bottling, and packaging systems within our facility. This role involves motor changes, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults, changing drives and belts, gear boxes, and conducting preventative maintenance. The primary responsibility is to field service calls throughout the facility, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues such as machine or conveyor stoppages, bad cylinders, photo eye fixes, and chain replacements.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical repairs on conveyor, bottling, and packaging systems.
Conduct motor changes, troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and changing drives and belts.
Work on gear boxes and various equipment throughout the facility.
Field service calls to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, including machine stoppages and conveyor faults.
Fix stoppages, bad cylinders, photo eyes, and replace chains.
Conduct preventative maintenance during designated cleaning windows.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
