Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IAM Analyst to join their team. As an IAM Analyst, you will be part of the Information Security department supporting various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$41 - $45/hr
What's the Job?
Review and administer identities and entitlements within IAM solutions, on-premise applications, and cloud infrastructure.
Administer identity controls and settings that align with policies and governance structure.
Work closely with security leadership and stakeholders to implement access models to maintain the organization's risk posture.
Troubleshoot and remediate IAM issues across systems.
Document access, policies, and exceptions, maintaining integrity for audit reviews.
What's Needed?
4-6 years of general Information Technology experience, including 1-3 years in IAM-specific roles.
Familiarity with administering IAM systems and security governance fundamentals.
Knowledge of directory services like Active Directory and authentication protocols such as SAML and MFA.
Basic scripting knowledge in languages like PowerShell or Python.
Strong documentation skills for creating clear policies and compliance reports.
