Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our amazing Commercial team as a Delphi Key Operator. This position ensures that our Delphi system meets corporate standards and works closely with departments that use Delphi to ensure they are in compliance with corporate standards. What You Will Do
Prepare all written communication for Catering and Conference Services department including internal meeting requests, etc. Maintain and reconcile all required weekly/monthly reports for Catering department. Maintain our Delphi System, which includes menu input, average check update, BEO training/maintenance. Communicate with guests and vendors on behalf of the Commercial team. Partner with hotel departments to ensure the proper use and maintenance of our systems including Delphi. What You Bring
2 Years Experience as sales/catering assistant with use of Delphi operating system. Some college education or equivalent is required. Ability to display excellent multitasking skills. Ability to displaying proficient typing skills. Ability to display proficient organizational skills and attention to detail. Food and Beverage knowledge is preferred. What We Offer
