ITnova is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-user technical assistance and maintain IT hardware/software environments.
Duties:
Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Install and configure operating systems and applications. Assist with account setup and network connectivity. Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems. Train users on system functionality and IT best practices. Maintain asset inventory and perform routine updates. Education:
Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
Preferred Certifications:
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator.
General Experience:
Four (4) years in IT support.
Specialized Experience:
Two (2) years of hands-on desktop support experience. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile device support. Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
