BlueHalo, an AV Company, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems. Responsibilities include processing-intensive analytics, algorithm development, handling large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems based on documented requirements to support mission priorities. You’d like to do this:

Review and test software components for compliance with design requirements and document test results. Resolve software problem reports. Use appropriate software development and design methodologies. Contribute to system design, including hardware/software tradeoffs, software reuse, COTS/GOTS, and requirements analysis. Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications. Debug and correct defects in existing software. Recommend improvements for documentation and development standards. Design, code, and modify software to add features. Integrate software into new or existing systems. Create data queries for databases or data repositories. Review and write software and system documentation. Serve as a team lead as appropriate. Design or implement complex database interfaces/queries. Develop algorithms to meet system standards. Assist in testing procedures for software components. Analyze system performance to develop software solutions. Modify software to correct errors or improve performance. Design and develop software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models. Implement complex algorithms with strict timing and resource constraints; perform quality control. Lead multiple software development teams to ensure quality and standards. Coordinate with system and hardware engineers to derive requirements and limitations. Monitor system installation and operation to meet specifications. Recommend new technologies and processes for software projects. Serve as technical lead for multiple teams. Select appropriate development processes in coordination with stakeholders. Ensure quality control of all software products. Build applications using specified programming languages per requirements. You're required to have this:

At least 18 years' experience with a High School Diploma or 14+ years with a Bachelor's degree. Experience analyzing user requirements for software design and performance. Experience developing for Windows or UNIX with scripting languages (e.g., C, C++, C#, Java, Python). Experience with build and deploy tools (e.g., Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Packer). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo) and automation pipelines. TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Salary Range:

$150,000 to $197,000. Note that actual compensation depends on various factors including experience, education, location, and organizational requirements.
