Hematology/Oncology Physician

The facility in Minot, ND is looking for locums HemOnc coverage.

Pay Rates:

• Hourly: $550/hr
  
• 24hr Weekend Call: $4000/day (includes 4 gratis hours; 1.3x OT after 4 hours)
  
• OT: 1.3x hourly rate after 40 hours/week
  
• Holiday Rate: 1.5x hourly (New Year s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
  

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology REQUIRED
  
• BLS REQUIRED
  
• DEA REQUIRED
  
• ND license Preferred; but open to licensing
  
• Minimum 2 years experience REQUIRED
  
• Prior locums experience REQUIRED
  
• Clean background HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8a 5p; night/weekend call rotation

• Setting: Outpatient Cancer Center (clinic only, no OR or procedural duties)

• infusion patients/day (50% chemo)
  
• 18-bay infusion center
  
• EMR: Cerner + Aria platform
  
• Support Staff: Nurses, NP, therapists, support groups, imaging center adjacent
  
• Hospital Bed Size: 318 beds
  
• Exam Rooms: 10
  
• Skills: Chemotherapy, biologic therapy, hormone therapy
  
• Procedures: None required
  
• Patient Age: 18+
  
• Population: Diverse cancer types
  
• Credentialing Timeframe:
  
• 60 days if licensed
  
• 90 days minimum if applying for ND license
