Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Developer to join one of their clients in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in on-premise MuleSoft installations and infrastructure management. This role will lead the design, development, and deployment of robust integration solutions while ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of the on-prem MuleSoft runtime environment. Responsibilities will include:
MuleSoft Development and Implementation:
- Design and implement API's and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and Runtime
- Develop reusable assets, connectors, and templates aligned with API-led connectivity principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Mule applications
On-prem Infrastructure and Runtime Management:
- Lead the setup, configuration, and maintenance of MuleSoft on-premise runtimes (standalone or clustered)
- Manage server infrastructure in Windows environments, load balancers, firewalls, and network configurations
- Implement and maintain high availability, disaster recover, and security controls for MuleSoft environments
- Monitor system health and optimize resource usage across environments

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft development, with at least 2 years focused on on-premise runtime environments
- Strong understanding of MuleSoft architecture, API-led design, and RAML/OpenAPI specifications
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure components: servers, networking, storage, and security - MuleSoft certifications null
