Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Milwaukee, WI

Were seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to oversee warehouse, shipping, and inventory operations. Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week). What Youll Do: Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Load/unload shipments and verify accuracy with Bills of Lading and Packing Lists. Manage ERP transactions for shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking. Conduct cycle counts, label products, and assist with production order paperwork. Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Customer Service for seamless operations. Process UPS/FedEx shipments and perform various inventory-related tasks. Your Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of shipping/receiving experience. Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS/SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Leadership skills and knowledge of inventory procedures are a plus! Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy. Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
