Position: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: 7:45am - 8pm Availability, Monday - Friday (possibilities of Saturdays during open enrollment)
Pay: 15/Hour - 17/Hour Bilingual in Spanish
Location: REMOTE
Start Date: 9/29
Training Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm (First 3 weeks of the role)
Job Description:
Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service
Answering calls from customers
Assist with account management tasks including resetting passwords, creating accounts, uploading documents, respond to inquiries both via phone and chat
Verify eligibility coverages for healthcare options
Skills and Qualifications:
Display flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing project/program updates
Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions to any and all consumer problems that arise
Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
Be an expert on the company product and policies

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
