Weekly Pay $21-23/hr (Based on experience) Job Description
This role involves supporting the Shipping Lead and being adaptable to assist in all areas of the shop. A proactive attitude is essential, as well as the ability to manage various warehouse functions efficiently. Responsibilities
Assist the Shipping Lead and cover their duties when necessary. Engage in packaging, palletizing, driving forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, and moving inventory. Process all shipping and warehouse functions using the Company's ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely document generation and ERP entries. Understand shipper, customer, and carrier requirements to arrange transport, packaging, and meet customer specifications. Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and floor staff to support departmental and company needs. Assist in assembly, packaging, or equipment operation on the production floor as needed. Essential Skills
Proficiency in ERP systems, RF scanners, inventory control, shipping, and receiving. 1 year of forklift driving experience and/or certification. Minimum two years of experience in shipping and warehousing inventory. Experience in preparing packages, labeling, and palletizing. Knowledge of UPS, FedEx systems, and material handling. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
