Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven product manager to lead our wire termination & connectivity portfolio, with a focus on connectors, terminals, lugs, and switches. This role will shape product strategy, deliver growth in electrical distribution, OEM, and retail channels, and strengthen our leadership in the electrical connectivity market. What You Will Experience In This Position: Strategic Portfolio Leadership
Develop and execute a market-driven product strategy and 3-year roadmap aligned to growth in electrical distribution, OEM, and retail channels. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify unmet needs, emerging technologies, and high-value opportunities. Own the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization ensuring profitability, market relevance, and competitive advantage. Commercial Excellence & Growth Initiatives
Partner with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to drive category penetration and revenue growth in target channels. Lead pricing strategy development to maximize competitiveness and profitability. Build channel-specific programs to accelerate adoption of new products and expand share with strategic accounts. New Product Introduction (NPI)
Manage a robust pipeline of innovations and enhancements, ensuring timely, market-ready launches. Translate customer and market insights into differentiated product value propositions. Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and supply chain to meet performance, cost, and delivery goals. Market & Competitor Intelligence
Monitor competitor strategies, product innovations, and pricing trends. Use data and market insights to proactively adjust portfolio strategy. You Have: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field required. 5+ years of product management or commercial marketing experience preferably in the electrical industry or related technical markets. Demonstrated success driving product growth in electrical distribution, retail, and OEM channels preferred. Ability to travel up to 25%.
