About the Role
We are looking for an innovative Vice President of Communications who will spearhead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive global communications strategy. This transformative role is essential in building and enhancing our brand's reputation both externally and internally, ensuring all communications align with our key business objectives. You will oversee all corporate communications aspects, including public relations, crisis management, and executive communications. As a leader, you will manage our brand and video teams and partner closely with the executive committee to craft compelling growth narratives that resonate with our market story and valuation goals.
To be successful, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and have at least 15 years of experience in communications, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. You must be a strategic thinker with a strong track record in developing and executing global communication strategies, effectively managing crisis situations, and serving as a company spokesperson. Excellent leadership, team-building, and project management skills are crucial, alongside a global perspective and experience managing communications across diverse channels and cultures. Ideal candidates will have a background in SaaS, financial technology, or a similar field, and possess a robust network of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, media, and industry influencers.
