The Sr. ServiceNow Developer – HRSD will provide technical leadership and contribute to a team of specialists supporting the development, implementation, and configuration of the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This role will also be responsible for enabling new HRSD features and supporting enhancements aligned with organizational needs.

n

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD architecture, experience working with HR case management, employee journeys, and virtual agent configurations, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. A high level of emotional intelligence, the ability to work independently or in a team, and strong communication skills are essential.

Essential Functions

    Promote WWT Core Values and best practices.

  • n

    Partner with internal HR stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage HRSD implementations and ongoing support.

  • n

    Develop technical solutions within the HRSD module, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.

  • n

    Provide ongoing assistance and consultation to resolve issues and ensure solutions meet the needs of end users.

  • n

    Research technical specifications and articulate technical details clearly through professional, well-organized documentation.

  • n

    Lead discussions with HR partners and other business stakeholders, asking clarifying questions to fully understand business needs and deliver effective HRSD solutions.

    Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

    Work in a Scaled Agile environment to deliver iterative improvements to the HRSD platform.

  • n

    Promote broader ServiceNow platform adoption by considering how HRSD fits into WWT’s enterprise ServiceNow strategy.

    Collaborate with ServiceNow Analysts to manage HRSD configurations and customizations.

    Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

n
    n
  • n

    A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); a combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

    n
  • n
  • n

    A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a related technical field

    n
  • n
  • n

    Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly within the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module

    n
  • n
  • n

    ServiceNow HRSD Implementation certification (preferred)

    n
  • n
  • n

    Knowledge of HR workflows, case and knowledge management, employee lifecycle events, and employee portals within the ServiceNow platform

  • n

    Experience translating HR business processes into technical solutions using ServiceNow

    n
  • n
  • n

    Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integration capabilities

    n
  • n
  • n

    Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • n

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • n

    A passion for continuous improvement, learning, and staying current with ServiceNow platform capabilities

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $102,800.00 to $128,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
