DUTES: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022. Perform regular server updates, patch management, and software installations. Manage virtualized environments using technologies like Hyper-V, VMware AWS and Azure. Provision and manage virtual machines. Monitor server performance, troubleshoot server-related issues, and optimize server resources. Configure and maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure data integrity and security. Implement and enforce security best practices to protect the Windows environment. Monitor security logs, conduct regular security audits, and respond to security incidents. Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. Test and document disaster recovery plans. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies. Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software issues.
