CNC Machinist

We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our precision machining team. This role involves operating CNC lathes, performing setups, and programming machines to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have experience with Y-axis milling, a strong understanding of CNC operations, and a commitment to maintaining tight tolerances and consistent quality. Responsibilities

Operate CNC lathes to manufacture parts according to specifications and production schedules. Perform machine setups, including tooling and offsets, to ensure efficient and accurate operation. Program CNC machines using G-code and conversational controls for new or modified parts. Utilize Y-axis milling capabilities to produce complex geometries and multi-axis features. Conduct spot checks and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain part quality and minimize downtime. Essential Skills

This is a permanent, direct hire position based out of Washington, Missouri. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
