Construction Laborer
We are hiring a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our underground utility team. This is a hands-on role supporting conduit and infrastructure installation projects. Ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, works well in a team, and wants to grow in the construction field. Responsibilities: Assist with underground conduit installation, trenching, and site preparation Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment Operate small tools and assist with basic machinery under supervision Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE Support crew leads and equipment operators with day-to-day site tasks Perform general labor duties such as digging, backfilling, grading, and laying pipe Requirements: 1+ years of experience in prior construction work Able to work in outdoor environments and physically demanding conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks Willingness to learn and take direction on-site Valid Driver's License
