- Perform various duties associated with the making and packaging of candy products - Perform tasks at a continual and regular speed in accordance with general line production speed - Package candy, operating tape machine and palletizing boxes - Follow company guidelines, rules, safety, FDA, and GMP policies and procedures - Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement - Maintain a clean work area and constantly monitor product for quality issues Requirements for Packaging:
- Able to stand for duration of shift - Able to reach with hands and arms - Able to use hands to grasp, handle and feel - Able to occasionally walk, stoop, kneel and crouch - Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. regularly - Good communication skills
