We have a new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Structural Practice in Seattle. Candidates for the position will lead teams, ensuring delivery of complex technical projects, while supporting business development opportunities. Projects include new construction and retrofit of government buildings, sports facilities, healthcare facilities, commercial and mission critical buildings. Responsibilities

Lead the direction, coordination, planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Participate in business development activities with existing and new clients to help win new projects, and communicate with clients to understand project requirements. Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to project requirements. Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes. Manage other design team members and supervise the work of engineers and draft persons. Directs project staff in preparing contract documents, such as drawings and specifications. Requirements

10+ years of structural engineering experience, including demonstrated project and staff management similar in function, size and scope to the above description. Masters preferred in structural or civil engineering. Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines. Compensation

The rate for this position generally is $130,000 - $170,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the Washington State Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful Washington State applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in Washington State or perform the position from Washington State. Similar positions located outside of Washington State will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by Washington Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employees pay history will not be used in compensation decisions. Benefits
