Job Description
Purpose / Summary:
The Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator/Specialist is pivotal in driving ecommerce revenue for CLIENT. They work directly with ecommerce, marketing and revenue management teams to support promotional and merchandising launches.
Position Scope:
The eCommerce Merchandising Specialist supports the merchandising team in executing strategies that drive digital sales and enhance the customer experience on CLIENTs website. This role is responsible for building and maintaining site elements that support promotions, campaigns, and personalized experiences. The Specialist ensures timely and accurate execution of merchandising tasks and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Supporting Digital Experiences: •Set up and coordinate elements to support curated search results, including managing CSV files, creating URLs and creative banner execution •Execute product and category placements to support seasonal strategies and business priorities •Assist in aligning merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches •Follow established tagging structure and help drive adoption and accurate implementation across web placements and the marketing team •Ensure promotional and product content is accurate and up to date across the website •Review and proof content for accuracy and participate in team reviews to maintain quality •Support the maintenance and improvement of content management and digital publishing systems and processes •Assist in web authoring and builds via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) •Monitor site performance and contribute to identifying optimization opportunities •Maintain and update site placements to reflect current campaigns and promotions •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative and analytics to support merchandising initiatives •Track and report on merchandising KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion and engagement •Support QA efforts for site updates, ensuring accuracy and functionality across devices and browsers •Stay informed on industry trends and competitor merchandising tactics to inform recommendations
Qualifications: •1+ years' experience working in eCommerce digital experiences in a fast-paced environment. •1+ years' experience in digital layout, assembly, and production of pages and features that drive business goals and meet customers' needs •1+ years' experience utilizing analytics tools, creating dashboards, and delivering performance reports related to measurement of content, merchandising experiences, and/or A/B tests. Experience in Adobe Analytics a plus •Strong proficiency in digital management tools, such as AEM, Asana, Adobe Target, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite •Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently from the inception stage through launch •Excellent communication and presentation skills
