The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customer needs and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This position plays a key role in ensuring a seamless order management process by coordinating cross-functional efforts across departments such as Sales, Production, and Accounting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000
Duties/Responsibilities Process and coordinate customer orders and artwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Communicate daily with a wide range of customers, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. Collaborate with Sales, Production, Accounting, and other departments to resolve customer-related issues and ensure order fulfillment. Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department, including handling overflow tasks and contributing to team efficiency. Required Skills/Abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Education and Experience
High School degree required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment (non-call center). Experience in a manufacturing or finished goods environment is a plus. Demonstrated experience using MS Excel to analyze data and run reports Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Occasional movement within an office or production environment may be required.
